I run two locations on Square — register, snack bar, memberships, tips, our skate shop. Most of what we rely on now isn't a Square feature you can turn on. It's something I built around Square with AI and its developer tools, and it costs us almost nothing to run. If you've ever thought "I wish Square could just…", it probably can.
It can. Any TV, a cheap streaming stick, orders appear seconds after they're paid. We've run ours daily for $0/month.
It can. Today, 7 days, month — side by side, by hour, by category, refreshed every few minutes. Emailed Monday if you want.
It can. Square Subscriptions plus a signup page. We had paying members on day one.
It can. Your catalog or just your Popular buttons, with photos and current prices, updated every Monday with nobody touching it.
It can. A QR code, a web page, Square Checkout. Tips land in your Square account like any other sale.
It can. An agent reads the supplier's catalog monthly, flags changes, and preps the Square update — nothing changes without your yes.
Every one of these is live at my own business. Hover a screenshot to zoom in.

Color-coded by category, admissions and rentals filtered out, old orders clear themselves. Runs on a $30 stick.
Replaced a monthly KDS
Both locations on one screen. Today, 7 days, this month. Per-category, per-hour, refreshes every five minutes.
Custom-built
Landing page, signup, automatic monthly charge, member passes. No invoices, no chasing.
Paying members from day one
QR code, no app download. Tips go straight into Square alongside regular sales.
Live every weekendWhatever's on the Popular buttons at the counter is on the website by Monday morning with the current price and photo. Not a store — a page that's never out of date.
Register → website, no handsMonthly check of the whole supplier catalog. Changes flagged, update prepped for Square and the website. You approve, it applies.
Runs on the 1stText or email it. In 15 minutes I'll tell you whether Square can already do it (and show you where), whether it needs something built, or whether it's not worth it.
Your account, your hardware, your data. Nothing leaves Square that you don't want to. You see it working before you pay.
No subscription to me unless you want a scheduled report or an agent that runs on its own. Most of what I build costs $0 a month to run.
Founding-client rates through the end of the year. Not affiliated with Square. Square is a trademark of Block, Inc.
Yes. Square's API reports every paid order within seconds. I built a page that runs on a cheap streaming stick plugged into any TV and shows each order, color-coded, with the items you don't want on screen filtered out. Ours has run every day since we built it, for $0 a month.
Almost always. Square's built-in reports stop at a certain point — per-location comparisons, sales by hour, per-customer averages, category mix across locations. All of that is available through the API, and I build dashboards that refresh themselves and email you on a schedule.
Yes. Signup page, automatic monthly billing and renewal, member passes. We launched ours with paying members on day one.
Yes. Your catalog, or just your register's Popular buttons, can show up on your site with photos and prices, updated on a schedule with nobody editing the page.
No. Everything sits on top of the Square account and hardware you already have.
No. I'm an independent business owner who runs on Square and builds with its public developer tools.
Massachusetts — Merrimack Valley, North Shore and Southern NH in person. Everything here works remotely, so anywhere in the US is fine.
Text or email it to me. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a setting, a build, or not worth it.
