Your own timeclock, your existing clocks
If you have CB4000-style biometric clocks paying a monthly cloud fee, they can point at a system you own. Quarter-hour rounding, missed-punch flags, overtime, ADP/Paychex CSV export, employee portal.
Fee gone · same hardware
A dashboard with rink numbers in it
Per-cap, attach rate, session comparisons, snack bar vs. admissions, both locations side by side. The reports Square doesn't give you, refreshed every five minutes.

Light shows from a web page
Your DMX fixtures, a $100 USB dongle, and a page the DJ or any staffer can run. Preview shows in a browser before they hit the floor. No $1,000+ lighting software.

QR code at the booth. Skaters request, vote, and tip through Square. The DJ sees a ranked list and marks songs played. Monthly stats show what your crowd actually wants.
